All rates include
a full breakfast and are based on double occupancy. $15 per additional guest.
Reservations are recommended and are held with a credit card or deposit of half payment
of total stay.
VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover cards and personal checks are accepted.

| Cancellation notification is requested as soon as possible. Seven days is the
minimum notice to be issued a refund, less a $15 service charge. Thirty days notice of
cancellation is required for special events and holidays. Full refund if we are able to
re-rent the room. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights, regardless of their
actual arrival or departure. |
